Clients acknowledge that User-Generated Content (UGC) is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. Proper rights and usage must be respected when utilizing UGC. Most conent will have 90 days of use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SWAI provides its services "as is" and without any warranties. SWAI is not responsible for the content after being posted or its use.
9. Limitation of Liability
SWAI shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

SWAI may revise these TOS at any time. Continued engagement with our agency constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
